Biography

Michael J. MacDermott has over thirty years experience in intellectual property law. He specializes in the areas of trademarks and unfair competition.

Mr. MacDermott has particular expertise in the fields of apparel, insurance, healthcare, mining, retailing, skin care products, cosmetics, nutritional supplements, energy drinks, food and beverage products.
