Biography
Mark Garscia has over 25 years experience in intellectual property law. He maintains a varied practice, with primary emphasis on domestic and foreign intellectual property counseling, portfolio management and licensing. Mr. Garscia also has extensive experience in handling reexamination and reissue proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
In 2010, Mr. Garscia was selected as a California Top 25 IP Portfolio Manager by the Daily Journal.
