Biography
Gabriel Fitch joined Christie, Parker & Hale in 2005, after serving as a law clerk with the firm. Prior, he clerked at a IP boutique in the Southeastern U.S. He was an applications engineer with Intellon Corporation; design engineer and systems programmer with Barr Systems Inc.; intern with IBM Corporation, Nortel Networks and Florida Power Corporation. His work includes patent prosecution, intellectual property strategy, patent litigation, due diligence and infringement studies.
Mr. Fitch has particular technical expertise in the fields of semiconductor chip design, networking, software and hardware design, personal computers, telephone switching and power transmission, distribution and generation. Other areas of special expertise include communication protocols, power line communications, Windows programming, hardware description languages such as VHDL and verilog, printed circuit board technologies and layout tools, FCC emissions testing and standards, mainframe communications, programming languages and utility power systems.
