Biography
G. Warren Bleeker joined Christie, Parker & Hale as an associate in 2007, with previous experience handling a variety of complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. His current practice involves trademark, copyright and patent litigation matters.

Representative Matters
Van Halen Music, et al. v. Okefenokee, et al. (C.D. Cal. 2002). Achieved successful resolution of copyright infringement action on behalf of plaintiffs.
Sawtooth Music, et al. v. American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, et al. (L.A. Cty. Sup. Ct. 2005). Secured dismissal of fraud and tort claims filed against membership association.
Unicolors, Inc. v. J.C. Penney, et al. (C.D. Cal. 2007). Reached successful resolution of copyright infringement action on behalf of defendants.
Awards
In 2002, Mr. Bleeker was a member of a litigation team that received the California State Bar President's Pro Bono Service Award (Large Firm) for the team's representation of a mother of two who was a victim of real estate fraud.
