Bajracharya, Bleeker and Schneider are based in Pasadena, and Mirsafian practices out of the firm’s Newport Beach office. Oliver S. Bajracharya Bajracharya joined Christie, Parker & Hale as an associate in 2002. He offers particular patent expertise in the medical device industry and other mechanically related technologies. Bajracharya also manages trademark portfolios for clients in a variety of industries, including apparel, beverages and consumer electronics. He serves on the board of Outward Bound Los Angeles and is a 2007 graduate of the Riordan Volunteer Leadership Development Program. He is a member of the American and Los Angeles County Bar Associations, the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Pasadena Bar Association, where he chairs the Barristers Section. Bajracharya holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and received his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law. G. Warren Bleeker Bleeker joined Christie, Parker & Hale as an associate in 2007, with previous experience handling a variety of complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. His current practice involves trademark, copyright and patent litigation matters. Bleeker was admitted to the California Bar in 2000. He is a member of the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association (LAIPLA) and chairs the Judiciary/LAIPLA Relations Committee. He is also co-chair of the Pasadena Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)/Litigation section, and a member of the California and Los Angeles County Bar Associations. Bleeker holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Emporia State University and earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law. Saeid Mirsafian, Ph.D. Mirsafian joined Christie, Parker & Hale in 2005 and has nine years of experience in intellectual property law. His practice focuses on patent prosecution in the mechanical and electrical areas, with particular technical expertise in the fields of control systems, vibration analysis, structural dynamics and aerodynamics. Admitted to practice in California in 2008 and to the Illinois Bar in 2000, he is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and Orange County Patent Law Association. Mirsafian holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in aerospace engineering from Wichita State University, a doctorate in aerospace engineering from the University of Kansas and his J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Lauren E. Schneider Schneider joined Christie, Parker & Hale in 2003. Her practice specializes in the areas of intellectual property counseling, domestic and international patent and trademark law. Schneider has particular technical expertise in chemistry, life sciences, mechanical devices, medical devices and optics. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2003 and is a member of the American and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.
