Biography
Constantine "Gus" Marantidis has over 15 years experience in intellectual property law. He manages extensive patent portfolios for his clients and provides counseling on various patentability issues, including design-around issues and those stemming from the launch of new products in the marketplace. Mr. Marantidis also supervises and manages intellectual property litigation for his clients, negotiating complex intellectual property licensing agreements. He serves publicly-traded corporations, start-up companies and individual inventors.
Mr. Marantidis represents clients in diverse technology areas and has technical expertise in aerospace, business methods, defense and security technology, materials science, propulsion, medical devices, automotive, mechanical engineering, electro-mechanical engineering, life sciences, optics, nanotechnology, chemicals, oil, gas and energy.
