Dr. Bruce A. Wagar joined Christie Parker Hale in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 15 years as a senior hardware engineer at IBM Corporation, where he designed high-end computer systems and was issued six U.S. patents, with three more patent applications still pending.
