Biography
Anne F. Bradley joined the firm’s Newport Beach office in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Bradley was a summer associate at a large Intellectual Property specialty firm in San Francisco and was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson in the U.S. District Count for Central District of California. Prior to entering the practice of law, Bradley held positions as the Chief Technology Officer for an eCommerce startup company and as a product manager for a software company that developed products for the newspaper industry.
Ms. Bradley has particular technical experience in the fields of software and Internet technologies. Bradley has experience in domain name and patent litigation as well as prosecution of trademarks and patents. Her practice focuses on Internet related intellectual property matters, and counseling Internet businesses regarding online contracting, data protection, and privacy issues.

- Successfully represented major telecom company in complex cybersquatting action. Obtained largest cybersquatting judgment granted in the United States to date.
- Defended startup online dating company in software patent infringement and related actions brought by patent holding company in Eastern District of Texas. Negotiated very favorable settlement for client.
- Represented major solar energy company in procuring an injunction against competitor for trademark infringement. Worked with United States Marshalls to enforce injunction by seizure of competitor’s infringing signage and literature at trade show.
- Successfully represented major computer manufacturer in complex cybersquatting action involving extra-territorial defendants. Resolved with favorable settlement for client.
- Coordinated several international litigation efforts on behalf of leading self-adhesive label company.
